The Mission:
There’re so many FPS games across all eras on the market, and those game create even more FP animations than ever. How to make our FP animations stand out from the rest other games? That’s the mission!
Tasks can often change in a fast-paced development team, so this mission includes but not limited to the following tasks:
- Use motion capture and hand-keyed techniques to create high-fidelity First-person animations include but not limit to Gun animations, Misc animations and etc with ultra realism
- Expert in rig and setup human characters
- Implement and maintain animations using proprietary tools within our game engine.
- A positive, communicative and problem-solving thinking&attitude towards conflicts between fantasy ideas of gameplay designs and execution of production
- Understand how to export into Unity or Unreal engine
- Ability to communicate design ideas to the team.
The Requirements:
- We want to see some work you made before that could blow our minds.
- Minimum of 1 AAA shipped FPS or TPS titles in a Lead or Director role.
- Dedication to deliver the best animations for an epic FPS game experience.
- An exceptional ability for Hand-Keyed Animation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- The ability to quickly learn new engines and game technologies.
- Excellent Maya Animation experience
- Build animation systems from concept to completion
- Collaboratively work with multiple people and disciplines to maintain the look and feel of the project
- Provide and receive feedback from Animators on a regular basis to maintain the look and feel of the project
