We always want to see your world-class environment concept illustration which blows everyone’s mind.
There’re so many modern-themed, or real life environment based FPS and TPS games across all eras on the market, and those game create even more similar or duplicated game environment concept than ever. How to make our game environment concept stand out from the rest other games? That’s the mission!
Tasks can often change in a fast-paced development , so this mission includes but not limited to the following tasks:
- Share your knowledge and experience of environment concept art in the games industry.
- Seek and Capture then Create intriguing scenario spots into the environment concept art
- Ability of self-criticism to work, and strong understanding of and ability to discuss the modern trend
- Collaborate with Art Directors, Producers, Animators, and Tech Artists to deliver realistic characters for world-class player experiences.
- Contribute creative and original ideas towards all aspects of game production and development.
The Gears needed:
- 5+ total years in the games industry working in an art capacity, with at least 2 shipped AAA title。
- Strong understanding of creating environment art assets in multiple major 3D and 2D packages (3DS Max or Maya, Zbrush, Photoshop, and Substance) for console hardware (Xbox, PS, PC).
- Excellent understanding of Physically Based Rendering systems and techniques.
- Possesses in-depth understanding of game engines, pipelines, and processes.
Extra Points:
- Passion for creating an epic FPS game experience.
- Familiarity with creating art assets from photogrammetry.
- Strong traditional art foundation.
- History of playing a variety of game genres .
